LIHTI Services Guide:
We have created a LIHTI Services Guide that details services, as well as rules, for all tenant companies and their employees at the LIHTI. This is updated on a regular basis, so please note the revision date so you have the most recent version. Our goal is to have each company enjoy the maximum benefit of being a LIHTI tenant while ensuring everyone abides by the same rules. Feedback on this is welcome at any time.

Admission Criteria
Please be sure to review our Admissions Criteria before submitting your application. Your will have to meet with our TSRC prior to admission and then annually prior to each lease renewal.

Application Instructions:
Please download the Application, print and fill out. The application should then be signed and notarized, by the person who will later sign a lease and annual renewal letters and serve as the company official for communications.
